Refund Policy

1. Overview

At HittemStraight, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges to make your shopping experience as smooth as your swing.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be attached.

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned in unsellable condition (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged) may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted or clearance products

  • Digital items (if applicable)

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.
We offer free exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange is processed, you’ll receive confirmation via email.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card company.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dtanner@hittemstraight.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll replace or refund your item at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

We offer boxless, free return options.
You can either mail the item back using our prepaid label or drop it off at a participating return location after scanning your return code.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
