1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and selected international destinations.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $125 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

• High order volume

• Carrier delays

• Weather or customs processing

HittemStraight is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs once the order has left our facility.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at dtanner@hittemstraight.com — we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, HittemStraight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance.

7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance.
