Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're outside the US and want to be told when that changes, email us and we'll let you know.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships; tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after that.
Shipping rates
We ship by standard ground service from San Diego. Rates depend on where you are and how much your order weighs — a single polo, hat or glove is under a pound; a hoodie, or two or more items, is over.

The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on distance from San Diego.
Delays
Once a package leaves us, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. Weather, high volume and carrier issues can add days; we're not able to refund shipping for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track a package down.
Wrong address
Please check your address before you place the order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we're not responsible if it goes missing. If it shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact the carrier with your tracking number — and email us; we'll do what we can to help.
